What is it? The blood pressure elevated levels of blood pressure continuously or steadily. Normal levels of systolic blood pressure (maximum) are between 110-140 mmHg, and diastolic (minimum) between 70 and 90 mmHg. Lower figures can also be considered normal, provided they do not cause any symptoms. As the blood pressure changes throughout the day and night, always measuring beam at the same time.
